Ingredients
For the base
- 200 g grated walnuts
- 175 g dates
- 22 g unsweetened cocoa powder
For the filling
- 500 g cooked chocolate
- 100 g peanut butter
- 200 ml coconut sauce
Topping
- 30 g chopped walnuts
- 10 g Verival Crunchy
Preparation

Put the walnuts, dates, and cocoa powder in a food processor and mix all the ingredients until they form a sticky dough.

Place the dough in a 22 cm cake tin and press the dough firmly to the bottom and sides (1 cm high edge).

Then put the dough in the fridge.

Next, cut the chocolate into small pieces for the filling and add the peanut butter and coconut butter.

Heat everything over a water bath until the ingredients are all melted.

Then take the ingredients out of the water bath and mix them thoroughly with a hand blender until a creamy chocolate mass is formed.

Take the cake dough out of the fridge and spread the chocolate cream on top.
