Apricot-Honey Porridge

A bowl of porridge – all the nutrients

Porridge provides your body with all the important nutrients it needs at breakfast time, is easy to digest and good for your immune system. The complex carbohydrates in the oat bran cause your blood sugar to rise only slowly, keeping you fuller for longer and keeping cravings at bay. What's more, the oats help to keep your digestion healthy thanks to the fibre they contain. The apricots also contain important vitamins, such as vitamin A. Incidentally, our porridge is prepared in just 3 minutes, without any cooking.

Pour 100 ml (or 80 ml) of boiling water or hot milk over 50 g porridge (6 tablespoons) in a bowl. Stir, leave to stand for 3 minutes and enjoy warm.
